I worked with Alex at the Westin Hotel's Lobby Bar, the day after his CD release party at the Tin Angel. AD Amorosi wrote a piece in this week's CP about the Westin's "salon series" featuring local musicians playing every Wednesday night from 7-8pm. Sinatra, after all, did get his start in the hotel lounge scene.
